Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a valid card must be placed on file at the time of booking. Without this, your appointment cannot be accepted.
Please be advised that my cancellation policy is in effect for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or for no-shows. I am always sympathetic to unexpected situations and am willing to collaborate with you. However, as my business relies on prompt payments to support my family, I must charge a 40% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours.
This policy is in place to protect my time, respect my craft, and ensure fairness to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Thank you for understanding and respecting these terms.
